Viktor Mišík is the managing partner of the office. He specializes in providing legal assistance to foreign as well as Slovak investment funds in the are of real estate and IT, to insurance companies and shipping companies in their operations in the CEE countries and France.
He is also active in the start-up world, in the area of company law and IT law where he assists clients to cover the whole agenda of business transactions and setup of relations in the early stages as well as later during entries of investors.
